Hi
I am planning to sell my used car (as is), but while doing so, just to be on the safe side, I want to get something signed by the buyer that any problems or defects that is detected in the car after buying it is not my responsibility.
Although I have decided to tell any prospective buyer upfront about the defect in my car (it has a minor defect), I dont want to get sued by anyone later on, since problems can come up anytime in a used car.
So, is there any formal agreement/document (maybe a weblink, whatever.....) that I need to get signed by the buyer before handing over the keys?
Pls let me know.
Regds
