Can somebody refer me a good real estate agent who can help me in finding a house/condo in GTA. Good in a sense who can educate me and provide better service.

The buyer's agent gets commission paid from the seller's agent who gets paid by the seller who gets paid by the buyer.
With innovative selling packages offered by selling agents these days, I wonder how long the buyer's agent can go on saying it is free..when in the future even the selling agent is not getting paid on the selling price - but just for the listing.
