Unfortunately, India's intelligence is good for nothing. Indian Police, judiciary, and law enforcement is all but a big zero and simply a joke. Unless, someone fixes these departments, these incidences will keep on happening.

The bombs were made and tested in a town called Channapatna, on way to Mysore from Bangalore. In fact a bomb was tested on the hwy. The cops thought it was a blast from a nearby quarry. Two of the police officers have received notice from the DGP. This is eyewash anyway.

IMO, our police need more training. There are things beyond bribe, influence peddling, etc.
