I've plan for moving back to India in near future and want to invest some money in India.

Is it safe to invest money in residential plot in Ahmedabad [6 to 8 km away from SG highway and Gota]?

Do you think, I'll make profit on plot investment in 2 to 3 years?
Should I invest at this moment or wait for few months? [May be price will go down in 6-8 months]
