I found this AD in Metronews interesting. I felt that the college is trying to redefine what amounts a success for an Immigrant and advicing to be content and compromise with whats beeing offered. Shoud you extrapolate this success to other other branches like Engineering, Technology, Pharamacy, Medicine etc. imagine what these guys wants us to be. By the way these career colleges are funded by Govt.

There are quite a few ways to look at it.

First a government funded community college acknowledging that becoming a dentist is difficult for dentists immigrating from other countries and at least they can become dental assistant by doing this course instead of working at Tim Hortons or gas stations at minimum wage, etc. Some would argue and say that is what they want immigrants to become and describe in detail how immigrants are suffering.

They should put these ads in newspapers of other countries!
