I disagree with the 2 posters above.
I know numerous incidents where new drivers were failed for good reasons but then how can you compete in a traffic crowded areas.
The best passing rate for new Desi drivers is in Linday , some 3 hours from Toronto.
Other good centres are Kitchener and Guelph , one hour from Toronto.
Then comes Orangeville, 30 mins from toronto.
In Toronto, Morningstar drive in Scarborough is the easiest.
Now summer has come to GTA after a very tough winter. All good areas will have 2 to 3 months waiting list.
Better to go to Lindsay. I failed 2 times in Toronto as passed in Kitchener. It cost me total $ 1000. So study for $ 300, Pay $ 300 to go to Lindsay and all the very best.

Thanks Tk and sude, so what's the final!!
Should it be Lindsey, Kitchener, Guelph, or Oakville. Pls tell any two and it should not be at more than one hour drive.thanks
Go for Oakville or Milton.
Your ability to drive and obtain a license and driving and staying alive are all in your hands. So, practice well and go to any center and get through the testing, even if they claim that, that center has examiners tough to please. Then they will know how good we all drive, then every center will have good passing results.
So, go for it, does not matter which one, but prepare well first. Also practice good driving.
Good Luck.
FH.
There's little doubt that it is much easier to pass driving tests in smaller centres, not because the examiners there are lenient but primarily because of less traffic, less pedestrians, less traffic lights, less stop signs, less intersections, etc. all translating into the driver making less mistakes, and hence the higher success rate at the smaller centres.

Quote from a website:
Locations Close to Toronto with High Pass Rates
Ontario residents can take their driver road test anywhere they want in the province. So, many driving students shop around for the testing location where they are most likely to succeed.
This loophole allows a person who lives in a Toronto suburb with a high driver test failure rates to choose to try for their driver’s licence in a nearby city with a much higher driver pass rate. For example, Barrie is about an hour's drive from Toronto where the driver test pass rate is over 50% higher.
1. Barrie (90 kilometres or 50 miles from Toronto) … 77.8% pass rate
2. Orillia (134 kilometres or 83 miles from Toronto) … 77.1%
3. Brantford (100 kilometres or 62 miles from Toronto) … 73.1%
4. Burlington (62 kilometres or 39 miles from Toronto) … 72.8%
5. Guelph (96 kilometres or 59 miles from Toronto) … 71.5%
6. Lindsay (131 kilometres or 81 miles from Toronto) … 69.5%
7. Oshawa Centre (58 kilometres or 36 miles from Toronto) … 67.9%
8. Kitchener (105 kilometres or 65 miles from Toronto) … 67.7%
9. Orangeville (84 kilometres or 52 miles from Toronto) … 66.2%
10. Hamilton (70 kilometres or 43 miles from Toronto) … 64.6%
11. St. Catharines (110 kilometres or 68 miles from Toronto) … 64.2%
12. Aurora (48 kilometres or 30 miles from Toronto) … 63.5%.
Dazzle, pretty useful stats, thanks a lot.
