Interesting. Education for the kids could be a concern, given the availability of media, it is obvious for the kids to feel bored / less enthusiastic and end up looking for better education / career in Urban. Immediate availability of healthcare could be another concern esp.. for kids / seniors. Not to rule out the need to maintain decent cash flow.
Perhaps, if affordable one could buy a cottage and live there as often as they want such as weekends, long weekends, vacation. This will help people to slowdown the life and enjoy what nature has to offer.
