So as I understand,

1. $40000 will cover cost of leasing the business premises as well as inventories of gasoline and convinience store items... Is that correct ?

2. I should arrange that someone ( myself or my family member )attends it for 18 hours a day, 7 days a week. ( if no emloyee is hired initially )

At the end of the year, what net income I will be looking around ? 80 k to 100 k ? or less or more ? Any idea ...
