My dryer (clothes) is not working. Anybody out there who will repair it at reasonable price. When I called through google search, the person who repairs asked me for $225 - 250. Even to come and see what is wrong, he will charge me $50. It is whirlpool washing machine and dryer.

any contact/help is appreciated.

P.S. I GOT GOOD DRYER DELIVERED AT HOME THRO KIJIJI.CA

UPDATED.

It would help, if you provide some details about the problem.

There are some forums out there where you have experts who will provide you with a solution to the problem. However they do charge a small fee (of $5) for that. I'll try and get you the url for that site.

I had a problem with my gas cooking stove. I described the problem and the experts told me exactly what the problem was, gave me a link to the service manual and a link to a dealer for the part. I bought tha part over the net and replaced it myself.

WHEN I START MY DRYER, IT STARTS BUT THE INSIDE DOME DOESN'T GO ROUND AND DRYER DOESN'T WORK. I HAD ONE ELECTRICIAN COME AND CHECK HE SAID PERHAPS THE MOTOR IS GONE. THEN I CALLED A REPAIRER HE SAID, MOTOR WORKS, BUT HE WILL COME AND CHECK AND REPAIR IT BUT CHARGES WILL BE $225 TO $250.

ANY IDEA WHAT IS WRONG. MY HUSBAND WHO IS AN ENGG WOULD HAVE HANDLED IT BUT HE IS IN INDIA ANOTHER ONE MONTH, I CANNOT MANAGE WITHOUT DRYER.
