how much ability does this firm has to pay for good quality work?
i have done web site development for many smaller firms and shops in past years but usually they turn out to be too little return for too much work and discussions.
i have charged between $700 for very basic, templated site to $3000 for more advanced and customzied sites.
in all cases I had to spend way too much time discussion designs with them and making very small aesthetic corrections all the time.
in the end, not worth it at all.

I am not sure if they have big budget but may be you can easily fetch up about 1500-2000.
