Hello everyone,
I am new to trading. If anyone could please answer these basic (&silly) questions, it would be greatly appreciated.
Yesterday evening after market hours, I submitted an order to buy a silver bull plus ETF (cdn) on market price - HBP comex. Found out today that it was rejected. Why was it rejected? Because of higher demand? How to successfully buy these ETFs?
Some Canadian stocks/etfs are with the exchanges- .PUR or .ALPHA
How they are different than .TO? Which one is better?
THANKS.
Canadian markets don't have pre/after market trading technology.
Some exchanges (in US) support pre/after market trading that requires limit price (no market price) and bulk quantity (100,200,300 etc..)
I suggest never place market price order, specially in Canadian market.
Which broker are you using ?? I am looking for a broker commodity futures like crude oil, metals, coffee etc. Any advice ??
Thanks
sandy
