Dear CDs,

As we have moved back to India, how do I file for our taxes? My accountant in Canada is not answering my emails. He may not be interested to take up my case. Can I do it by myself thru CRA? I read the previous thread abt taxes. If I gor it right, CRA has a free software that we can use? Also should we declare as non-residents, as I moved in Dec 2010?

If you have moved in Dec then you are still a resident.

You can use studiotax.ca. I think they are free. check it out
