I am looking to buy my first home in Canada in Mississauga. I am looking to buy a Semi in Mississauga for ~450-550k. What are some of the good areas in your opinion for a couple in 29-30 age group who are starting to plan for kids?

I also have the following criteria
1. Close to GO
2. Relatively newly built
3. Good and safe neighborhood

I think the only areas meeting your criteria maybe Meadowvale and Lisgar. They are close to 401 also.
