Don't know a list but I can tell you that Tere Bin was a movie which was shot in Canada. The locations were beautiful...I think it was Banff in Alberta.
My mistake... it is Tum Bin. Dont remember many of the names...

Tere Bin???
I am not sure about such movie but ya Tum bin was shot in canada. Kal ho na ho as well during SARS. they had to suffer a lot coz of SARS and funny thing is when they went to NY there was a historical Blackout in north america. Poor karan johar!!!
one more, dont remember the name of movie but it was shot in vanc.,BC. one with Hritick n Isha deol.
