Expedite TRV Processing time

All,
I applied for TRV extension on October 30'th through paper application. Unfortunately I need to travel urgently outside Canada on 30'th November and need my passport.
Online application processing day/time on CIC website shows that they are still processing application received on October 11.

Need opinion from the guru's about my options.

Can you please suggest if there is a way to expedite the process and get the passport and Visa before 30'th ?

Any help will be appreciated.

You only have a few working days and you also will have to get possession of the Passport.

Get your work permit and your file number that says still in processing.

Take the paperwork that you have, that says you have to leave Canada in a hurry to the MP's office where you live.

Arrange a return paid way bill from a Courier of your choice. This is to get your Passport back to you in a hurry.

Also provide them with a copy of the travel arrangements that you have made and get a copy for their usage.

See if he can get your Passport back to you by the 28th of November.

Prepare everything tonight and drop into their office in the morning and make the request.
