Passport not received from CPP-Ottawa

I sent my and wife Passport to CPP Ottawa for Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) (from within Canada). The office confirmed that application was received.

As of last week, the CIC website shows that the processing is complete for applications received on that date.

It is 8 Calendar days and I have still not received my Passport back. I have not received any query or communication form them either. I did not provide any self addressed return envelope (as it was not asked for) so I cannot track my mail.

I have written couple of emails to CPP-CTP-OTTAWA-TRV-VR AT cic.gc.ca, but there is no response.

Could anyone please advice what can be done here? I am nervous, since I am not able to track my Original passport.

There are problems with VISA Processing in Ottawa due to many known / unknown reasons. Do not worry ..... eventually you will get your passport. Give lot more extra time ....
