Normally this time of the year when the schools close, people do plan to move. In your case, it is the closure of the Universities, where the students take a few month's break. They all have moved out and only a few who are in the summer courses who will be staying in those ROOMS.

The rentals for rooms are in the range of $450 +/- 50 bucks. You will have to determine how close to the workplace you need the room or you want to be away a comfortable distance.

Just to start you off, I chose a ONE BR bachelors, see if it is suitable. there are many more and they don't stay FREE for long as there are people just waiting for such a place. Also, PG accommodation will not be suitable to you as I was looking at the name gags_trueIndian. So, you will have to make your own search for the PG' rooms. There may be a few of them too.

You don't have much time at your disposal to find another suitable one, so call and see if they will hold it for you and select a few more. Do not pay for it till you drop in and see the place.
