I have seen some gr8 advice posted on this site by fellow Indians. Kudos to u all.

I would like to know:

- as to whether one can make one's Masters degree in Marketing, Canada-friendly by going in for an advanced post-grad certification ?

- what are the best places on the internet to find a marketing job besides monster and workopolis ?

- what are the essentials of negotiation with a prospective canadian employer ......... accent, skills, attitude, salary, etc.

- Which counties/provinces of Canada have the best jobs ?

Please advise dear friends bearing in mind that I would like to seek employment as a marketer ........

Toronto (GTA Area), Kitchener/Waterloo, Ottawa are good centers for jobs, All in Ontario.

As other members posted on this site - Edmonton, Calgary are good places.

We don't have more members from Vancouver, so don't know exactly, but job market in not good there.

A - Yes u can do ur MBA in Marketing which will give u the advantage of canadian education(trust me that really works if u put in ur efforts) even a post grad diploma is sufficient to get that Canadian Education u have plenty of Jobs in Marketing its up to u to make it big.

A- I suggest u to try ur search in Google. There are lots of sites I cant recall anything but I remember seeing a lots of sites exclusively for Marketing alone so be specific on ur search and u will find a lot.

The essentials are ur attitude is very important, accent not necessary, skills and knowledge impoortant. The main thing u have to work is on ur Resume that piece of paper is going to make the employer call u for an interview so concentrate on that, make that unique and interesting that will help a lot in getting a Job.

Ontario, Qubec & BC are the top leading markets u can try Ontario & BC with English, u need french for Qubec.
