Hi BigHead,

In this case, what is the risk factor to get FOSS and CAIPS notes, both at the same time? Will there be any negative impact, whenever i will file my immigration?

I am sorry i am asking lot of questions, coz just get confused by hearing from different ppl different things. Sorry for that.

nope.. its information you can get under the access to information act and privacy act... no negative impact...

I have applied CAIPS notes on behalf of my uncle who is in India.....
I haven't received it yet and it has been more than 45 days....
How do you inquire about your application ???
Any suggestions are appreciated...
