how many time can i request caips notes. Does that effect my immigration process if i request every month

i dont think you can ask for caip notes endlessly. you can chek on the progress of your file online on the gov web site. though that too mooves really slowly.
it is a long and ffrustrating process but you have to understand that they have hundreds and thousands of app to go through.

There is absolutely no limitation of getting CAIPS notes...It's not a previledge, it's a RIGHT to access your information.
Applying CAIPS notes endlessly will NOT affect your file. Everytime that will cost you $5 to make $5 money order or draft..Better you inquire in Western Union, I think they give you a draft in less than $5
