Hey frds
I am CAN citizen and had sponsored my family- p's and my sis in aug 2003. My sis is in her final year and now she wants to pursue her studies in CAN.
Frst of all do u think she will face problem in getting her student VISA as I am hoping that by april 2005 the immigration case will be taken up by CHC delhi??
Now my main question and reason of worry is that if my parents sponsor her and her studies are full time in CAN ...will she still be considered dependent?? She was abt 20 years old when I had filed papers.
What is she does her further studies in some other country other than CAN likeUS or AUS .......will she still be considered dependent ??
I am really worried abt her future. Its becoming very difficult to get immigartion here after grad studies and I wud had liked her to get PR before she does her stuides here. I had advised her to start doing her masters's in india only..but am afraid that these days it takes too long for family case to finally come up.
Any suggestions plz.
If you've sponsored them, her chance of getting student visa is reduced.
If she is a student after turning 22, your parents can sponsor her [wherever she might be studying at that time].
