Sponsoring Parents/Brother in Family Class

I came to Canada as landed immigrant in 2001 in independent category. And my elder brother (now citizen of Canada) and sister also came here before I came. Now I want to sponsor my parents and my younger brother. I meet the income criteria as specified by the immigrant authorities. My younger brother is 26 yrs of age and he is full time student and dependant on my parents for support. Can I sponsor my brother along with my parents in family category. If not, is there anyway he can apply and get immigration visa as last member of the family left. Please advise.

if he's a full-time student, go ahead and sponsor your parents and he will be eligible as a dependent son.

The old programme of 'LAST REMAINING FAMILY MEMBER' is no more.
