Further studies for Bcom/LLB/CS Student in Canada
Hello
My sister holds a BCOm degree. She is in final year of CS ( Company Secretary-India ) & also in final semester of LLB-India . She is 25 years old and lives with my parents in India.
I want to call her to Canada on study visa and once in canada she i will start her immigration process.
Can someone advice what course/degree she should opt for

KI,
Have you asked her what she wants to pursue ? If she is seeking a career in Law then her credentials should me recognized in Canada. For that she has to either :-
1.) Redo her LLB degree in Canada or
2.) Appear and Pass the qualifying examinations for the province under consideration (which is tough as most stuff will be based on case studies with a Canadian touch)
The first one is also tough as she has to pass her LSAT examination (if she is applying in English). If she is applying as a Francophone, she has to show her credentials in French ( as per the instructions from the University of Ottawa)
I have no idea abt Company Secretaryship
