Hi there,

My friends husband (US citizen) would like to do business in Canada.
He would like to invest some money in buying a Gas station in Calgary.

Can someone shed light on this, exactly how should they proceed in this matter ?

Who should they contact ? Any broker?

anyone can buy property in canada. you dont have to have residency to do so. i think it should be same with busineses too
