Another one of Prem Chopra (who's my favorite villian of all time) dialogues. Dont' remember what movie its from but I'm sure one of you experts will tell me right away.
'Mein saap se thoda kum or suvar se thoda jyada hoon!" 
Some of the dialogues in Kaalia were great too.
Amjad khan : "Aaj kal, log aage chalte hai aur leader piche..".
The other good exchange comes when "kallu" gts caught stealing Rs. 500 from Sahani seth's safe for his brother's operation, don't remember the words now but I think Amjad Khan comes up with a pretty good reply when Kallu asks him why he's willing to shell out Rs. 500 on a tawaif, but not to save his brother's life.

Another commonly used dialogue in Bollywood:
-Yeh hamari Khandaan ki Izzat ka sawal hai 
Now this dialogue is utilised more and more in the real life too.
