Architect-Designer include:
Part of execution team
Projects hand off from client
Discuss with client's PM regarding site, requirements, codes, initial design concepts, material selection done by their design team
Worked on design development on residential and restaurant projects,
Worked on interior design for showrooms and residences
Once design approved, prepared construction drawings with the team
Discuss with team and prepare detailed "Request for Information" if any
Coordinate with client and obtain clarifications
Check all the drawings prepared before submitting to client
