Position Title:- Business Analyst 2/3
Location:- Toronto,ON & Scarborough, ON
Duration:- 6+ Months

- Analyze, document and validate business requirements from business users and function specification requirements using
interviews, document analysis, task and workflow analysis.
- Refines requirements using critical evaluation techniques.(Senior BA)
- Document process flows for current / proposed processed, workflows, and data flows.
- Interface between business and technical teams and translate technical and business requirements.
- Communicates with project managers, subject matter experts and end users.
- Performs analysis for projects with some impact on and risk to customer service or revenue generation.
- Excellent Business Acumen
- A minimum of 5 years telecom experience. (Wireless would be preferred)
- Strong analytical and product Development skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
- 3+ years experience with TELECOM BSS/OSS systems development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
- Experience with integrated end to end telecommunications projects across the following domains: TELCOM BSS/OSS Systems, CRM Systems Domains: Sales, Ordering, Billing, and Business Process Design & implementation, Call center and Telecom Operations, Prioir Business Analyst, or Engineering or Network Systems Architect background required

PROGRAM MANAGER 2/3
LOCATION: Scarborough, ON & Toronto, ON
DURATION: 6+ Months

Potential candidates should have the following key skills:
- Ability to deal with Ambiguity
- Senior Program Manager would be required to Drive the program from initiation to end
- Excellent Business Acumen and Communication skills (10/10)
- At least 5 years of Strong Telecommunication experience on Program Management level, Preferably on the Wireless side. Wire-line candidates would be considered
- OSS/ BSS Experience
- Cross functional experience.
- Strong client facing experience
- 5+ years direct program management experience with integrated end to end telecommunications projects across the following domains: TELCOM BSS/OSS Systems, CRM Systems Domains: Sales, Ordering, Billing, and Business Process Design & implementation, Call center and Telecom Operations, Prioir Business Analyst, or Engineering or Network Systems Architect background required

I am interested in this position. I have a PM background mostly in USA and familiar with PERT, PDLC, SDLC , business case, and stakeholder requirements. I do not have experience in Telecom. If this still interests you, then I am the person for this position.
