I hope you guys use Licensed SAP R/3 software and trainers have adequete implementation experience in SD/MM area
I am asking because for last couple of months I was looking for experienced MM guys for my company ..got resumes from most of the well known receruiting agencies ...but none of them could clear the technical interview.This is largely because market is pretty hot and difficult to get experienced SAP guys who are looking for a job in Canadian market.
If the trainers doesn't have enough implementation experience it's very difficult for new students to clear SAP certification exam.

so then how does one go about getting this implementation experience to clear the technical interview ? Without a job guarantee, even if the market is hot, its an investment and thats why the right training provider is important.

You are going to teach functional use of SAP MM (any other module) or are you going to teach implementation. What are the prospects for those who have functional experience of SAP. Couple of community colleges are offering applied technology program based on SAP functional usage with live projects. How different are you from them. For the cost, fees of community college will be cheaper compare to your fees structure. How do you counter that point with your value added services compare to community colleges. SAP certification is an open test which can be taken by community college students too. Also SAP is program partner with these colleges. What is your affiliation to SAP.
Please answer my Question in detail.
