If you know someone in Canada, you don't have to use paid services like caips.ca to get your caips notes.

Hey Jen, yes you can, and it's probably a good idea to do so even if you have hired a lawyer/consultant. Given the problems some people have had with their lawyers messing things up, it's wise to keep tabs on your own file. Especially since you won't have to pay anything for it.
