As suggested by someone else follow the steps "Make a Complaint"
http://www.rogers.com/web/content/contactus
I think the 2nd step Escalation or 3rd step office of president should help out.
Spoke to the Manager this morning, she reversed those charges. I guess...All is well now...
Glad it got resolved for you relatively easily.
I believe all customer service conversations are recorded so you can also ask the managers to retrieve the original phone recording and listen to what was agreed upon.
This had helped me years ago on an insurance premium issue.
The senior manager pulled the conversation recording and verified that what I said was correct.

so i just found out that i have an outstanding bill with Rogers for about $2,000 and i had not been billed for it at all, i only found out when i was doing a credit check. The thing is that i haven't had an account with them in around 4-5 years so why haven't i been notified about that. i just don't get it and there is no way i'm going to pay that amount for something that i've never been billed for. i need help!!!!!!!! I'm going to call them on monday to see what is going on and see if they can settle it without me paying for the stressful issue, but in case they dis agree or something i need help on how i can go abouts suing them for this long deranged matter the i was not informed about, not only that is a major effect on my credit score if anyone can help i'll be very grateful!
