Delhi will be in news again this week.

Can BJP beat the anti-incumbancy ? Will Delhite forget the corrupt ruling of 10 years by current MCD and will vote for Modi -Yogi and their cow again. There is hint of lehar again. Are Delhites riding the wave ?
AAP govt. has impressed the Delhites in education and medical sector plus promised waiver (not abolish) of property taxes and have stopped putting everything on Modi. They stand equal chance and may take an edge depending on no. of folks from middle to lower middle class vote in these elections.
Congress has started to show some shine recently. May spoil the whole Party for others not by winning but by eating some part of pie and keeping the competition wide open.
Shiela Dixit could not create the Delhi as world class city because BJP ruled MCD in her time.

Good people in MCD will define the future 'looks' of Delhi. Surely, Intelligence of Delhites is on-test.

So far all the surveys (depands as to how you view them) predict a clean sweep for BJP. This is quite telling, as they have been ruling MCD for long now, and made the department a living hell, full of corrupt practices all around. Being from Delhi, I am quite a witness to this from the very close quarters. It's interesting to see how the electorate appears to be super-willing to give them another chance. Well, good for them. If the argument is that Modi in the Centre will be beneficial to Delhi if BJP comes to MCD then I don't know which kool-aid they've been smoking and couldn't see how things didn't improve in MCD bastions since 2014. On the other hand, I will be immensely glad from the bottom of my heart if they curb all corrupt practices and become efficient for all the Citizenry of Delhi. All the power to the BJP, then.

People get what they deserve, I guess. Get ready for more fist handed approach between BJP's MCD and AAP. And, in the midst of it all, the sufferer will be the ones that made a 'well-thought out' and 'intelligent' choice. At least, AAP would have a chance to introspect further before the next Assembly elections.

Good luck, Delhi.

One outcome is definite - if BJP wins the EVM were tampered with.

But if AAP wins even 50 seats, who to blame?

:Sigh:

On the discussions on the exit polls, all AAP comedians such as Ashutosh, Ashish, Raghav are really entertaining. No wonder Kapil's TRP is going lower everyday.

Dear AAP, I would request you to please raise EVM Tempering issue more strongly , oppose Demonetization , Raise your doubt on surgical strike , Fight election in Gujarat , MP , HP projecting Khujliwal as a CM and do a Dharna on Jantar Mantar and use derogatory remarks on Modi and his team. Similarly for Congress that they must promote Rahul as their supreme commander and join the hands with SP/BSP/RJD etc. etc. so that 2019 elections will be won by BJP very comfortably and with a bigger margin as compared to 2014.
