I did get my Indian PCC by paying a bribe (I was in India at that time) and the CIC accepted it. Others in CD will share their experience.    ...Watched the movie Saturday and savored every moment of it !! Its the first of its kind magnum opus ... very happy and proud to watch this movie .. We have seen similar ones from Hollywood - Lord of the Rings , Troy , Prince of Persia , Gladiator and all , but do not remember seeing one from Indian cinema ... Excellent gripping well done movie ... I would have hated missing the opportunity to watch it on theater !!!! I am sure the 2016 is a highly anticipated sequel ....

   ...HI, I find the picture of the day ( a picture of an indian washroom) aka "bathroom", "lavatory" (sp?) gross, and dirty. I am still at a loss to understand - what's the aestheitic value of such a picture - a place where we deposit our human waste? I think this guy who posted this picture must be of unsound mind, to say the least. The webmaster could have this picture deleted, in the interest of good sense. Are there others who think the same way?

Driving: old indian license verification!

   ...I just came from my g1 test at 777 Bay Street. The lady there accepted my 5 yr old Indian driving license from UP. i was rejected twice at the same centre with the same driving licence. The trick that worked for me was that I removed the lamination on my licence and they accepted it saying that I will get one year of driving credit. However, she added that if i get a letter from RTO/Embassy , then I can get full credit and can appear for G. I am happy w

   Loan: ...Hi chandigarhian, He has few more options!!!!!!!!! He can try taking personal loan from the Credit Card sectors,or from close relatives,,,,,friends..... There are two Indian banks in Canada(State Bank of India,,,,and ICICI) and one Canadian Bank is in India....(Scotia) . He can try these banks for easy loan repayment. Good Luck
