If you mail the passport via a trackable mail (Canada post registered or private courier), you can enter the tracking info on CGI website to see if processing is completed or not. I have read through many posts here and feel that a bank statement taken from Indian Bank is discouraged as POF instead the recommedations is to carry the entire amount as TC's. 1. Please suggest the maximum allowable amount that can be carried as TC's out of India ? 2. Can I carry the entire CAD$17,000 out of India as TC's? 3.
