If someone does only a B.Sc in Psychology and not a masters degree, will they still be able to get a job somewhere?

One of my colleagues has a Bsc in Psychology.
She's an employment counsellor.
IT depends on what you would like to do ie/ what client population you would like to work with, or if you want to work with a registered psychologist, you can apply for assistant positions.
