Dear All,

I plan to move shortly and will generate an income of approx USD 36K p.a from investments (trading in stocks and options).

Seek your advice on -
1. should i incorporate an investment company
2. are there any regulatory requirements/issues if i restrict its activities to managing only my own investments
3. can i borrow money from my wife for investments and deduct interest payable to her
