American Ass-----!
I am an immigrant from India and ever since I came across any positive ,good investment opportunity or good opportunity to make money thru the net, it bombarded, thanks to these ass....americans!
(because of their association with these sites plus headquartered in US)
It may not be wise on my part to first of all see hope in online investments, but common the world over trades are done today on the net,the various stock exchanges, investment in qualified funds and the forex exchanges and the banks!
NOW, the best part of this is 'they' lure fellow christians into believing that it is CHRISTIAN MONEY and they should keep it for themselves, but little do the fellow christians know that these Americans who fool others, themselves borrow funds from banks at low interest rates and MULTIPLY these funds on Indian , and Asean exchanges thru derivatives trading and convert it back into 'christian' money at our costs!
There are so many examples to site that it has caused a windfall in my finances and to make mattes worst this thing has not stopped even on the Indian stock exchange.I really feel something has to be done about it and "Tit for Tat" is the only way out!!!

The cowards never started,
The weak died on the way,
Only the strong arrived.

I partially agree with the earlier poster in terms of the strategy of our big brother. I still remember the signature of some poster on this very own CD which used to say that there is more wealth to be made on destruction of
societies than building them. The strategy of our big brother has always been to get into a country, pump in the stock market artificially boost the economy and when going is very good suck the market dry and repartiate the proceeds back home and leave the country high and dry. They also destroy a society and make money by rebuilding that same society like in Vietnam or currently in Iraq to name a few.
BUT this game is coming to an end. Firstly due to that the people on the receiving end also have studied this game thoroughly and they also know how to play. The Indian companies are strengthening themselves and it is not growth by the stock market. Thirdly the war in Iraq, Afghanistan and the impending one in Iran coupled with the havoc played by the nature in places like New Orleans has put a very big spike on the economy of the country. It will take a few decades for this economy to reboot back to the original self. The presence of a strong left in India will not let the country to be run over one more time but might hit back as George Fernandes did a few years ago.
But what is more important is that the Canadian economy is totally dependant on the US and it has bothered to dilute its portfolio with other economies for better economical growth and stability when things further sour down south. But what is amazing is the strengthening of the Euro/Pound and how ME is moving towards Euro as the common trading currency from that of $.
I hope some one can talk sense in Ottawa about the Economic diversification when the inflation is rising due to Oil when the oil prices are falling across the globe.

Speech by Thomas Friedman of The New York Times....
"When we were young kids growing up in America, we were told to eat our
vegetables at dinner and not leave them. Mothers said, 'think of the
starving children in India and finish the dinner.' And now I tell my
children: 'Finish your maths homework. Think of the children in India
who would make you starve, if you don't.'"
