Does anyone know of grocery stores that sell muri or murmura (one of the few healthy desi snacks) ?
Also, any Bangladeshi store that sells frozen fresh water fish?
There was one at Dundas/Hwy 10 called Baraka, but it now has Arab owners.

I used to get Mamara (That is what we call in Gujarat) from India Town. Is it same as Murmara you are talking about?

Yes, that's possible. Murmura is puffed rice, the salted variety.

You can get muri at India Town / Patel cash and Carry / Bombay Bazaar at Lawrence Ave East / Markham Road intersection in Scarborough.

For Bangladesh variety, try Taj Mahal Foods/ Karnaphuli at Markham Road / Eglington Ave intersection in Scarborough.

If you are searching for "ilish mach" try danforth avenue.
