Looking for a place where i can buy chinese potato(fresh,cleaned/raw /frozen etc etc doesn't matter ) at affordable prices.Checked a few Desi stores ,even frozen is very expensive.

I don't know where you live, but in Mississauga there is 3 big chinese store. try it there may you will get it.

1. - Yung ming super market (Hwy10 / Hillcrest ave)

2. P.A. T. oriental market (Dundas / Cawthra)

3. LAN TAO - Market (silver creek blvd/ north on Cawthra rd)

Add Oceans at Hwy 10 and Eglinton.

My bad.I failed to give a bit info about Chinese potato.Its widely used in kerala and many parts of tamilnadu and karnataka.Its called as KOORKA in kerala.It a delicacy in kerala.I don't know why it got its name as Chinese potato.I have found frozen varieties in kaveri supermarket and coconut grove foods in mississauga.Its not as big as potato or looks the same .
