My wife and I are looking to get back to the gym. Any recommendations in the mississauga area? We are at Bristol and Hurontario.
Many thanks in advance.
PS: Any CDs play shuttle badminton and/or racquetball in Mississauga? I would like to join in...
- Premier fitness
- YMCA (near SQuareOne I hope).
- umpteen non-chained gyms.
I've got a squash court in my apartment and if you are interested to play, let me know, we could try to schedule. Its free to use by the way.
Location - Islington / Dundas.

These big clubs are expensive. And that's not good for my heart.
Thanks for your suggestions though. Much appreciated.
Squash is a great idea. Let me know your coordinates and we'll hook up.
We looked around and finally decided to join the Rivergrove Community centre. Very close to our place.
It has a fitness facility, aquatics and squash courts. We'll proly be using these three. My wife says she might take other "courses" that are available there.
Annual membership for the both of us comes to $65/mnth.
Anyone interested in joining us?
Also, FYI...January 12th - 21st, all community centres in Mississauga are free for the public to use.
This should get people interested surely?
