How can these states be not corrupt?
Do you honestly believe that the CPI(M)/BJP/Shiv Sena or any other party are less corrupt? They are all equally as bad, or good, depending on your point of view.
Certain people like Vajpayee, Manmohan Singh are viewed as generally honest, but parties as an entity are all pretty much the same.

For your kind information, The ruling party of kerala is not Congress. Its CPM right now. Though Congress polititians were corrupt, the CPM is proving that they are not behind in corruption. Any way CPM will always be a good opposition party. not a ruling party anyhow.

This is the usual arguments Congrillas make to shield Congress. To you degree or nature of corruption may not matter but I DO believe that CPM and Congress are worst and are typically anti Indians. Just for example, dividing country in name of religion and caste. Just Google and find out how they have allowed Iron ore exports to China at the same time denying TATA access to same aw material. Congress has been in power for the longest and hence should obviosly bea responsibility for the mess that India is. You and me would not be in Canada but for the Congi rascals.
As regards Manmohan, I have sheer contempt for this greedy stooge of Sonia who has openly played communal cards by appointing Sachar committe (the committee's mandate was geared and scope limited in such manner that the report would suit Congi objectives) and now trying to promote the same. This is the same guy who openly endorsed that Pakistan is as much victim of terrorism as India! I do not know what kind of sick mind this guy has. He is the same guy who supports the party which killed thousands of innocent Sikhs! This guy has no heart , no morals and dirty mind. Please do not compare him to Vajpayee
I did not want to reply to Nightmare's post because he is so obviously biased. Most people regard Manmohan as one of the more honest PMs to come along in years.
If he bothered to even notice, I did not call the Congress better than other parties; just pointed out that it's six of one or half dozen of another.
Also, in calling the Congress communal, he conveniently forgot to mention our two bastions of 'secularism' - the Shiv Sena and the BJP. Yeah, those are the first two parties I'd think of when it comes to defending the right of all religions. No points for guessing how he votes.
Pointing out links to somebody's blog doesn't say much. I could whip up a post with pseudo-truths in ten minutes and post a link to it as well.
Anybody remember the little matter of rewriting school textbooks by a certain party??
