As told by CD's, I go to Mahek Hair saloon at Islington and Albion who charges me $7 to do the hair cut. (Further information and other cheap barbers can be found in the CD link - > http://www.canadiandesi.ca/read.php?TID=11895).
I belive that now they give the 7th or 8 th hair cut free. Please try to use the tonsured head guy to cut your hair. He is the only male there and he is the best of all hair cutters. There are usually many people lined up to get their hair cut exclusively by him. Children hair cutting and Infant hair tonsuring is $ 5. A yip of $1 will be appriciated by them.
A tip to lessen money charge for the barber, I try to overgrow my hair to the maximun and then take a close cut when i go to the barber. Thus by this method, I generally go to the barber once when others would go twice.

Madhu sir,
Can you please give me the exact address and location of the Dundas/Cwatra hair cutting institue that you are talking about. and also please tell the forum if they are open on Sat/Sunday/Late nights during weekends.

Sidenote - > When I was in Africa in the 80's, there were no barbers there for people with straight hair. So what normally people used to do was ( was first initiated by Malayalees) was that the lady spouse would cut the gents' spouse hair and the Gents spouse would cut the children's hair. During that time (80's) The lady spouse would never cut her hair. To shave the "Giritha" and the cat hair on the back of the head, normal shaving razor would be used. Just some tips.

Never ever compromise on your Hair Saloon and your Dentist. If they are cheap and not taking adequate precaution like sterilizing the equipment(s) properly in order to keep the volume of customers up you could pick up infection from basic skin allergy to as high as HIV.

Speech by Thomas Friedman of The New York Times....

"When we were young kids growing up in America, we were told to eat our
vegetables at dinner and not leave them. Mothers said, 'think of the
starving children in India and finish the dinner.' And now I tell my
children: 'Finish your maths homework. Think of the children in India
who would make you starve, if you don't.'"

The one at Islington and Albion is good .......... You can take appointments on phone to save time ...I got my hair cut from a lady since the guy was on vacation and it was a good experience.
