but on serious note this is an excellent suggestion and do appreciate it. I did hear from quite a few that the water here may be the main reason behind hair loss apart from aging and loss of harmones (due to excess drinking the stuff from LCBO ), etc.

Take 'Kalonji Oil'. Available at any Indian Grocery Store. Very Helpful in premature falling and / or greying of hair.

Although not personally to anyone in Toronto, I suspect if this related to water quality in Toronto region. I remember when I traveled from Vancouver to Markham, Toronto for few days I used to see hair loss eveytime I went for shower. Despite my intake for supplements and food was same.
