Is there anybody who is working as a Quality Assurance Analyst and/or Business Analyst on TN Visa?
I have a colleague who is a Canadian but is not sure if he can get a TN as he works mostly as QA/BA. So does it also fall under Computer Systems Analyst category which is required for getting TN?
I dont think so he is elligbile for the Management Consultant category as he does not have 5 years exp in Management. Also I guess applying in Managment Category is more risky to obtain TN.

See this link and see the job duties of an analyst. If he can get a job in one of the listed areas, he is eligible for TN.
