Hi,
This message for Gurus Like Chandresh, Pramod Chopra Etc. As we know that there is a huge saving on tax if You claim SBD ( Small Bussiness Deduction), however as per CRA websire Incorprated Employees can be treated as Personnel Service Bussiness & are not entitled for SBU. ( Unless & Untill , U employ 5 Emloyees Etc). What is exact situation? Is there any way out ?
Any experience where SBD has been denied to a Incorporated Emloyee( who make inc. for saving taxes)
