Dear Experts,

I worked part-time as Customer Service Representative on College Campus. It was more-a-like Staples but not that big though and don't sell computer and it's asserious, etc. Meaning it was just a print shop where students can print themselves and professors give bulk orders to print brochures, handouts, bussiness cards, etc.

My responsibilities were to take orders from there, deliver it when they were there to pick up, answered enquiries from customers, responded their complaints, received payment from customers, calculated total income (cash on hand) at the end of the day, etc, etc.

I tried to link my work experience with NOC but couldn't link with any job titles and descripton mentioned there. If anyone have any suggestions, or know anything about it please let me know NOC 4 digit code.
