Its a real eye opener.....

The message is clear... That by following some simple steps and changing some habits, one can dramatically improve one's life expectancy.

Thanks Sanjeevm for bringing this to the attention of all desis, as studies have suggested that we, the desis are prone to certain illnesses like obesity, diabetes and heart attack and stroke because of our sedantary life style and unhealthy eating (fatty, oily foods etc.) habits. However, it is never too late and we all should follow the recommendations/suggestions and can improve our life style and increase life expectancy.
