what happens to the processing time of an application for skilled worker migration that is transfered by a Non-Busy office to a busy office like
Damascus? if it is transfered independently by non-busy visa office to
maintain programe integrity.Does it cause huge delay in the process
of application?or the timeline of the former office will remain forceful?

It could take anywhere between Seven Months to 65 Months at that specific location. You might be lucky to get it in about eight.
Please provide to the board, the date of first filing and the AOR etc., so that everyone will know it too.
