Hi Guys........

M in big trouble.... pls help me out...

thats my story:

i was on work permit since last one year.....my work permit expires on 20th september.....i applied to change of status from work permit to student visa for one of the college in Toronto for just extension of student visa.....i applied on 26th july 2004 and when i call to immigration office for the status of my file they replied me that my file was transfered to Local Immigration office for varifications on 7th september and ther is a delay of 4 months ther......now i am wondering wat i suppose to do and wats this local office wants to varify in my case that they need 4 months for the procedure...

can some one pls guide me.....
