Post Grad Work Permit Processing at local CIC office

Hi

CIC website only gives the address of CPC vegerville for processing post grad work permits and gives an estimated processing time of 30 days.

I will be graduated in April 2006 and have found employment. However, my employer needs me to start in the beginning of May

1) Is it possible for me to apply for my post grad work permit at a local CIC office which can process it faster? (Same day process)

2) If yes, can you please advise which CIC offices have the authority to do it in Alberta.

3) If there is no CIC office in Alberta, is there any CIC office in Ontario?

Hey Dude,

If you want the process to be done faster then you will have to visit a consulate or visa office outside Canada.

I guess the Canadian Consulate in Seattle will be closest to you.
