Thanks Surtalme, I am doing just a bit ( nothing gr8) by referring fellow desis in my company. It's upto to them now how they answer telephonic & personal interview questions smartly, to get selected for the job.

When you are new to the country, even a small bit of help from someone and luck can set you up to the right path. Many new desis don't lack the skills, they just need someone to point them to the right direction. Good work.

After I got my first break here, I never looked back. But it took me 9 months to land that first opportunity.
